Dave Rosen has dedicated his career to both the entertainment industry and veteran support. Inspired by his father, Leroy Rosen, a Navy veteran, Dave co-founded Vets On Set in 2011 to help veterans transition into careers in film, television, and live events.
His journey in entertainment began at Ocean Way Recording Studios in 1984, where he worked alongside legends like Michael Jackson and the Rolling Stones. In 1996, he founded World Link Digital and Absolute Live Productions, pioneering ProTools rentals and post-production services for major studios. His work contributed to iconic films such as Titanic, Independence Day, and Avatar, as well as early Marvel DVD releases.
Recognizing shifts in technology, Dave transitioned into live streaming, producing events for Petco, Facebook, Rockstar Games, and high-profile concerts featuring artists like Kanye West and Doja Cat. Through his vast industry experience, he has expanded Vets On Set, ensuring veterans gain hands-on training and real employment opportunities alongside working professionals. The initiative remains committed to meaningful career development for veterans in entertainment and event production.
